Our family has experience owning, improving, and leasing homes in North Carolina and South Carolina. This website provides one convenient place for prospective residents to view available and upcoming rentals, review general rental requirements, and begin the pre-screening process.
Wilkins Rentals is not represented as the legal owner of every property shown on this website. The applicable property owner or authorized representative will be identified during the formal application and rental-agreement process.
Each approved resident’s rental agreement will identify the legal property owner, the applicable rental terms, payment instructions, and the parties responsible for the agreement.
