Start with our Available Rentals and Coming Soon pages to find a home that fits your household and budget.

Complete the free pre-screen
The pre-screen is short, free, and helps us understand your basic needs and timing before a showing is scheduled.

Receive an invitation to schedule a showing
If the basic qualifications appear to be met, we will contact you to arrange a time to see the home.

Tour the property
Walk through the home, ask questions, and decide whether you would like to move forward.

Complete the full application and provide requested documents
Submit the full application along with the identification and verification documents we request.

Complete the required background-screening process
Applications include a background-screening process as part of our standard review.
- 7
Review and sign the rental agreement if approved
If your application is approved, the rental agreement from the applicable property owner or authorized representative will be reviewed with you, along with move-in funds and your start date.

Completing a pre-screen does not guarantee a showing, does not guarantee approval, and does not guarantee that a property will remain available. Homes are leased subject to availability, and requirements may vary by property.
